It's time for my second link up with Ashley for Motivate me Monday! This weeks challenge was to share a healthy recipe that we enjoy. I LOVE smoothies of any kind! This one is especially delicious though. I found this recipe at skinnytaste.com and this website has tons of delish healthy recipes so check it out!

1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries
5 strawberries
1 cup ice
6 oz Low Fat Yogurt (any kind you like)
Throw it all in the blender....and enjoy!.....Sometimes I will add some low fat sorbet too if I have it. Sorbet just makes the smoothie more creamy:)
