
So I try to weigh myself every morning first thing when I get up in the morning. I have been running 3-5 miles 4 or 5 times a week pretty much since May. (Of course I have had some weeks where I really slacked off and didn't run at all) So why have I been stuck at the same weight since May? I thought running was supposed to help me lose weight? I guess I'm going to have to give up the treats again......I HATE this so much......but really it is the only way for me to eat healthy. I'm not a person that can have 1 cookie and be satisfied.....I usually have to have 4 before I'm happy haha what a joke right? No more treats for me for a while!
Hey! So with those DVD's I did it 6 days a week for a month and I loved it. Now I do like 5 days a week. It changed enough and is short enough that I didn't get bored. Now I have the 30 day shred and the ripped in 30 both by Jillian Michaels and it's a good change. They are super cheap on amazon!
