The third day of the cruise we spent the day on the island Nassau. This was the day I was most excited about because we were going to spend the day at the amazing Atlantis Resort! We got off the ship and took a taxi to the resort. We only about died like 5 times on the ride over to the resort. They don't obey any traffic laws in the Bahamas and they drive like a bunch of crazies! One of the little old ladies sharing the cab with us had to close her eyes during the drive so she didn't freak out! haha
The resort was beautiful and there were tons of really awesome sculptures everywhere!
All of the houses and buildings in the Bahamas are bright and colorful and I loved them. And there were big huge yachts all around the resort. It was just like on the movie Casino Royal. It was so cool to think that we were really there! haha
The resort has 2 big aquariums and a huge water park! It was so much fun! We want to go back when we have kids (and can actually afford it of course) and just stay at the resort!

I had no idea that these lion fish even existed but they were awesome!
We played on the water slides and then headed to the beach to play in the ocean.
The water was beautiful and warm and we wanted to stay and swim all day.
We headed back to the ship and showered and got ready for dinner.
I was so excited to find this little guy in our room after dinner! haha
