Steve's Grandma and Grandpa Hatch were the Grand Marshals of the Wayne County Fair last Saturday. Steve went over to Loa Friday night so that he could run the 5k bright and early on Saturday morning and guess what? He took first place in his age division!!
He ran the race in 24 minutes and won 10 dollars for taking first place in his age division!!! We were all so proud of him for being so awesome! haha Steve says that this is the first time he has ever taken first place in anything so he was pretty excited! After the race, we all headed down to main street for the parade.

Grandma and Grandpa Hatch got to ride in this awesome model T car from 1924 in the parade. They were so cute and had the biggest smiles on their faces the whole time! Grandma's smile got even bigger when they came past where all of the family was sitting to watch the parade and she was waving like crazy! It was so fun to see them so excited to be in the parade:)
After the parade, we went back to Grandma and Grandpa Hatch's house for a big family dinner. They have 66 great grand children can you believe that? It was a lot of fun to see everybody that was there and we had a really fun day:)
