8/11/11-8/13/11
We got to go to Lake Powell again and it was a blast! We went with Steve's sister Emily and her family this time and a couple of Steve's parent's neighborhood friends. It was fun to camp with so many people down there. We had pretty good weather other than the first day it was windy for the first couple of hours that we were on the lake. Once that cleared up though, the weather was beautiful! I really could go to Lake Powell every weekend of the summer and I think I would be in heaven! I just love Lake Powell so much:) We fished a little bit this time and that was fun to see the stripers boiling. Steve's dad was the only one that actually caught one though. I have never really loved fishing, but I have to admit that it is pretty cool to see them start jumping out of the water when they are hungry and searching for food. haha
Steve decided to stand up on the knee board...he didn't make it very long though. As soon as we hit a few waves he went under! ha
Yes that is me plugging my nose and I'm not even completely off the tube yet......haha!

Like son.......haha whatever you have to do to keep the sun off your head I guess? I wouldn't be caught dead in those ridiculous hats though! ha
And this is our cute little nephew Heston! We had a wonderful time and I can't wait to go again next summer!
