Steve did a triathlon in St. George today at the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center and he did amazing! I was kind of nervous for him, not because I was worried that he couldn't do it, but because I was just worried about him. It's silly to worry I know, but I guess I was just worried that he wouldn't have enough water and would get really dehydrated or get a cramp and drown in the pool or something haha. But of course everything went great and Steve proved to be awesome at triathlons, just like everything else he does. I would have died after I got done with the swim I'm pretty sure, but Steve amazingly just got faster as he went along!

He swam 400 hundred meters in the pool in 8 minutes and 11 seconds.
He rode 10 miles on his bike in 37 minutes 50 seconds, and ran 3.1 miles in 24 minutes.
I had to take a few scenic pictures while he was running because the view was awesome!
After 3 events, he still even had a smile on his face:)
He crossed the finish line too fast before I could get there, so I made him walk across again just so I could get a picture! haha
He finished the entire triathlon in 1 hour and 14 minutes. Is he really awesome or what?! He never ceases to amaze me and I am so proud of him! Watching him compete today ALMOST made me want to do a triathlon...........but I will just stick with running I think:)
