Whenever Ellie plays with stickers, she insists on covering her whole face with them. And then for some reason after she does this, she tells me that she looks like a cat! I can't figure out why she thinks she looks like a cat with stickers on her face? haha
Crazy girl!
Ellie likes to feed her baby dolls her "chests" because that's what I do with Parker. I've seriously found her sitting on the couch with her shirt pulled up, feeding her baby, numerous times! haha
I went to the Draper Temple one night by myself after Steve got home from school and it was SO nice! I seriously just sat inside the temple and enjoyed the peace and quiet. When I finally did convince myself that I should probably head home, I just sat in my car and stared at the beautiful temple, and longed to go back inside. It's definitely one of my most favorite places to be. I feel peace, hope, and happiness, every time I'm inside the temple:) And it's definitely one of my goals for this new year to make sure and get there every single month.
I got to go to Alli and Addie's Christmas Dance Recital. It was so much fun to be out of the house for the afternoon, and I still love to watch ballet so much. It made me want to try on my old nutcracker costumes the next time I'm at my moms......haha.
Steve lifted up the couch cover and found all of this junk that Ellie had stashed under there! haha Oh the joys of having children!
We went and saw the lights at the Draper City Park one Friday night, and they were seriously amazing! It was like a miniature Temple Square!
We got this huge snow storm the week before Christmas. It took Steve an hour and 45 minutes to get to school at the VA hospital in downtown SLC. It usually only takes him 25 minutes to get there from our house! It was crazy! I mean I grew up in Utah and all, but seriously Richfield NEVER gets this much snow. I think we ended up with 14 inches in Sandy. And the Bountiful area got like 22 inches in a 24 hour period! For as much as I hate the snow, it's actually been kind of fun to be back in Utah this winter and to be able to play in the snow with Ellie.
