Father's Day

I know this is a week late, but Father's Day was a big deal this year! I'm so glad that we have a day dedicated to celebrating Fathers because seriously, I'm married to the best guy in the world, and he just so happens to be the best dad in the world too!  From the minute Ellie was born, Steve has been amazing.  Because I had a c-section, I really couldn't move much without being in a lot of pain.  The first poopy diaper that Ellie had, Steve just jumped right in there and changed her.  He had never changed a diaper before that, but he still jumped right in there no problem.  To this day, he has changed way more of Ellie's diapers than I have.  Steve has been more than happy to get up with the baby during the night, or stay up with her and get her to sleep when I have been too tired or frustrated to do it. And then there is everything he has done to take care of me after having a c-section. I still can't even think about it without getting emotional.  He is truly an amazing guy and I love him more and more every day. And I love love love that he loves Ellie so much. He is so sweet with her and it just makes me love him even more:)  Happy first Father's Day babe!
