We celebrated Steve's birthday at the end of August. Ellie got hand foot and mouth disease the day before his birthday, so sadly we didn't get to celebrate with any friends because we didn't want to pass it around to their kids, but we tried to still make it a fun day for him!
I made some really fancy Pillsbury cinnamon rolls for the birthday boy to enjoy for breakfast;)
This is what Ellie does when we ask her what the lion or tiger says. She puts her hands up to her face and whispers a growl! haha I can't figure out why she whispers when she growls?
Poor little girl:( Her feet, ankles, and hands were covered in red sores that turned into blisters. When the blisters first started to show up on her feet, she acted like she was in pain, but other than that they really didn't bother her.
Luckily she only got a few sores on her lips and chin, but none in her mouth. I'm thinking we just had a mild case of it. Thank goodness! I've heard those mouth sores make them miserable!!
Her sad little hands:(
We did go out dinner at The Lost Pizza Company over in Snowden Grove and it was delicious. Both of us thought that it was some of the best pizza we've ever had!
Happy Birthday babe! We love you so much! 27 never looked so good. Probably because you still look like you're 21!;)
