I love the fall in the South! The weather is perfect here during the fall. The temperature has been in the 70s, so we've been enjoying playing outside and doing fall activities as much as possible.
The Smiths and Nielsons came over one night to make caramel apples with us. Ellie and Blakely sat on the stool and ate the toppings the whole time! haha
They were delicious!
We went to the Corn Maze one weekend with the Callisters and Nielsons.
Ellie loved it! She thought she was so big and wanted to walk by herself the whole time, but we would have been there all night if we'd have let her!;)
And then of course we had to visit the pumpkin patch. It's not really October if you don't go to a pumpkin patch right? We went to Cedar Hill Farm down in Hernando and it was a lot of fun.
They had a petting zoo which little one loved of course. This girl's obsessed with animals!
And sadly one of the cows was named Ellie Mae......at least it wasn't Ellie Kay though right?!
Little one got to pick out her own tiny pumpkin and she was so excited about it! After we picked out our pumpkins, we headed home and painted them.
Ellie loved it! And I'm pretty positive that she got more paint on the floor and the cupboard behind her than she actually did on her pumpkin:)
And then for some reason, she thought it would be a good idea to bite her paint brush......so we called it quits and put her in the bath tub.
We also participated in the Vision Walk at the end of October. There was a ton of free food, bounce houses for the kids, and we even got free t-shirts. It was a beautiful morning to be outside, and help fight blindness:)
